Jeff Forbes, a distinguished polymath and AI specialist, is widely recognized for his innovative contributions to sports analytics and artificial intelligence. As the founder and creator of Performance Analytica LLC, launched in April 2018, Jeff has made significant strides in the realm of sports technology. His company specializes in providing both remote and on-site digital statistics for elite youth basketball, leveraging advanced analytics to elevate young talents to new heights.

Prior to founding Performance Analytica, Jeff played a pivotal role at Synergy Sports as the Manager of Special Projects. There, he was instrumental in establishing the company's Grassroots basketball division, significantly transforming the landscape of college and NBA basketball recruiting.

Jeff's expertise in sports analytics was profoundly influenced by his tenure at the University of Kansas, where he served under Hall of Fame Head Coach Bill Self as Special Projects and Video Coordinator. This experience was not only career-defining but also life-changing, deeply ingraining the philosophies and values of Coach Self into his professional ethos.

During his time at Kansas, Jeff's responsibilities spanned beyond video and operations, encompassing various facets of coaching and managing the elite Division I basketball program. His impact was profound, having coached 12 NBA professionals and using video analytics to enhance the development of countless other players, thereby leaving a lasting imprint in the world of basketball coaching and analytics.

Today, Jeff Forbes is not just a renowned figure in the world of sports technology and AI but also a family man. He resides in San Diego with his wife, Kristin, and their daughter, Bodhi, where he continues to innovate and inspire in the field of AI, blending his vast knowledge with a passion for sports. ABOUT Kelsi Baker

Kelsi Baker is a prominent figure in women's basketball, known for her impressive career as a forward for the Texas Tech Lady Raiders. A graduate of John Horn High School in Mesquite, Texas, Baker was a standout player, earning numerous accolades, including District MVP and Defensive Player of the Year titles.

At Texas Tech, Baker made significant contributions to the Lady Raiders. She played in 31 games as a freshman and steadily improved, becoming a key player by her senior year. During her sophomore year, she achieved her first career double-double and was second on the team in field goal percentage. As a junior, she averaged 10.7 points and 5.6 rebounds per game, showcasing her skills both offensively and defensively. Despite suffering an Achilles injury, Baker made a strong comeback, finishing her college career with numerous highlights, including a career-high 18 points against Oregon State​ (Texas Tech Red Raiders)​​ (Apple)​.

After her college career, Baker transitioned into coaching and leadership roles. She is currently the Girls Athletic Coordinator and Head Girls Basketball Coach at Mesquite High School in Texas.
